Changes to these service were developed by a committee led by a former member in 2018 and approved by Abbot Basil but never implemented due to his illness and COVID. The revisions will go live this Friday morning.

The changes made only affect the psalms. The psalter for Matins, Mid-day, & Vespers has been reordered to fit a Theme for the day that is listed on the opening page of the service and to try to fit our psalter into the instructions in the Rule. Each psalm offered as part of the services is preceded by a bible verse that ties the psalm to the theme of the day.

This was a complex update that initiated updates to the code and databases used to create the services that will simplify future changes.
