You may receive notifications from Praesidium about the Safe Church training expiring.They are in the middle of sunsetting all of the old Episcopal Safe Church training modules. I am currently working with the national coordinator to identify which of the new modules are the most applicable to us as a community. I think everyone was current with their training as of 2020 or 2021 so, given the 3 year refresher requirement, none of us are due until sometime in 2023 at the earliest. Unless I am directed otherwise, I don’t plan to make you take any out of cycle courses just because the old ones are being retired. You may get different direction from your local church or diocese and I can’t really help you with that as each entity can set its own policy as long as it meets the requirements of the national policy.

Please remember that as long as you use the same email (login) for all of your Praesidium training (both local and CSL) you will only need to complete the courses once.

I will let each of you know when it is time for you to take your refresher training.
