Dear Companions,

I got another message from the list service company. It would appear
that Icloud.com has some new size restrictions on inbound files. As soon
as Convocation is over I will get working on moving those files to the
Google drive and then send out the link to them.

Remember to check your tri-fold lists that Sister Martha sent out for
times for Zoom services. I plan on having the room open about ten
minutes before each service. Since we will be in the Oratory for most
services we will not be meeting and greeting at those time, at least not
until after the service. I will have a camera set up showing the whole
room and a monitor facing the group area so they can see whom else is
attending.

One other note is I will be slaving the main camera to the Zoom site
show on your screens you will see what I see in the view finder. Icons
around the edges. Those icons will not be in the final recordings.

Fingers crossed I don't screw this up too bad.
