Dear Companions,

I have attached the chapter agenda from the Abbot's email.

We will be using Zoom.us for the meeting. For those of you who have
attended Vespers with us it's the same room and passphrase.

If you have not done a Zoom meeting you go to Zoom.us to "Join a
Meeting". That will cause the site to download a file to your system.
When you are asked about the meeting room, Type in 301-283-7078

next you will be asked for the password or passphrase which is 332929

  I will have the meeting room open on Friday evening from 7-9 pm CST if
you would like to try out your connection.

The other item of interest is for Vowed members who will be voting. We
will have the chat feature open and you type in yes or no when a vote is
called for by the Abbot. I will tally the vote and report to the group
the count. This is not a secret vote, everyone can view what is being
typed in the chat room.
