Dear Bishop, Abbot, Brothers and Sisters:

This is the first of several emails you will receive from me this week regarding Convocation. I am splitting them up to try and ensure nothing gets caught in size limitations. This email contains the schedule with ministry assignments, letter with final reminders, and the service of Compline since the app does not change from Vespers until 8:00 PM central time and we will be praying before that. Mass bulletins will be sent later in the week once they have been reviewed by the Worship Committee and/or members who are ordained clergy.

Conception has lifted many of their COVID restrictions. You will no longer need to undergo temperature checks. Masking is not mandatory but left to the discretion of each guest. Watch for a final decision from Abbot David, but I recommend we still mask indoors in the Oratory since that is a larger group. Outdoors or indoors in smaller groups can be optional.
