Dear Sisters and Brothers,

I have decided , and with the support council that it is necessary to postpone the August 8 Chapter meeting to September.  Both Bishop Scarfe and Fr. Sid cannot attend the meeting on that date.  Also, there are other issues that need some resolution before we meet.

I will talk to the bishop after August 10 when he return from England and set the date/time in September and Let y ou know as soon as I can.

Secondly, due to the COVID19 situation that among other things has forced the closing of the guest houses at Conception indefinitely and to protect all CSL members who have to travel, the October convocation is cancelled. Council will plan a virtual program for that week, including expanded Divine Office each day and possibly a study program.  There will be an opportunity to discuss this at Chapter and the plan released in early October.
